1.1. These Terms of Use apply to orders placed on www.esim-turkey.com and related language subdomains. The service is operated by Check for Trips GmbH, Hintergasse 6, 65428 Rüsselsheim, Germany ("eSIM Turkey", "we" or "us").
1.2. eSIM Turkey acts as an intermediary and reseller for prepaid eSIM plans. We do not operate our own telecommunications network and we are not the local mobile network operator. The actual mobile connectivity is supplied by third-party eSIM and mobile network providers.
1.3. A contract is formed when we accept your order after checkout. These terms apply in the version shown to you at the time of order. Later changes apply only to future orders.
1.4. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where the law requires this.
2.1. We arrange and resell prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for use in Turkey. Unless explicitly stated in the selected plan, the eSIM does not include a local phone number, voice calls or SMS.
2.2. The main characteristics of each plan are shown before purchase, including:
2.3. Coverage, speed and network technology depend on local mobile networks, your device, the selected plan, network load, location, building conditions and other technical factors outside our direct control. We therefore do not promise a fixed speed or uninterrupted network availability.
2.4. As intermediary/reseller, we handle website presentation, checkout, support coordination and delivery coordination. Network operation, coverage and final connectivity are provided by the respective third-party eSIM/mobile network provider.

3.2. We may reject or cancel an order if payment fails, required information is missing, fraud or abuse is suspected, the product is unavailable, or legal/security obligations require us to do so.
4.1. eSIM setup details are normally delivered by email after successful payment and may also be supported through WhatsApp or customer support where needed.
4.2. Validity, activation timing and fair-use conditions depend on the selected plan and the rules of the underlying eSIM/mobile network provider. Some plans start when installed, some when first connected to a supported network, and some according to provider-specific activation rules shown in the product information or setup email.
4.3. Because the connectivity is supplied by third-party network/eSIM providers, support answers may require provider checks before a replacement, technical confirmation or refund can be approved.
4.4. You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or network-harming activity.
5.1. The total price is shown before payment and includes VAT where applicable. We do not charge shipping costs for digital eSIM delivery.
5.2. Payments are processed through providers such as Stripe and PayPal. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge separate currency conversion or foreign transaction fees; these are outside our control.
5.3. If a payment is reversed, disputed or fails after delivery, we may suspend fulfilment or support until the issue is resolved, without limiting your statutory rights.
6.1. Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details, cancellation instructions and a model withdrawal form are provided in our Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
6.2. During checkout you may expressly request immediate delivery of the digital eSIM before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal can expire once the digital content/service is supplied or fully performed as permitted by law.
6.3. Refund limitations for activated, installed or used eSIMs apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits statutory defect rights, digital product rights, mandatory consumer rights or claims for non-performance.
7.1. If you experience setup or connectivity problems, contact support promptly and provide your order number, device model, destination area and relevant screenshots without exposing unnecessary personal data.
7.2. We may ask you to perform reasonable troubleshooting steps such as checking device compatibility, eSIM installation status, roaming/mobile data settings and network selection.
8.1. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, liability under mandatory product liability law, guarantees expressly given by us, and any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8.2. In cases of ordinary negligence, we are liable for breach of essential contractual obligations only to the amount of typical, foreseeable damage. Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment enables proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely.
8.3. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9.1. Website content, designs, logos, text and software are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them only as necessary for normal website and service use.
10.1. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence where applicable.
10.2. For consumers, statutory jurisdiction rules apply. For merchants and legal entities under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where permitted by law.
10.3. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
